[darcs-users] on towards 0.9.13

For those of you who didn't notice, the abridgegame.org server has been
down for the last week (due to loss of its network connection). During
that time I've been doing quite a bit of cleanup work, optimization and
testing.
As a result, I am pretty much ready to release version 0.9.13. The darcs
repo now has a rather large set of fixes I made while the server was down.
I've also made a tarball available at
http://abridgegame.org/repos/darcs/darcs-0.9.13.tar.gz
I'd especially appreciate it if mac users could try out this tarball. I
think it should work, but I'm not sure how it will work with other peoples'
libcurl installs on the mac.
Packagers, be aware that this is not a final version 0.9.13 (so don't
include its checksum anywhere), but it's close enough that I would
appreciate testing. In a few days (or less), if I receive no bug reports
and find no bugs myself, I will release it.
Oh yeah, and I replaced a considerable chunk of code in the CGI script, so
if anyone is using that, please make sure to try the new version out. The
other thing to be careful of is that the darcs-patcher program has been
removed, so if you created any pushable repos with the old darcs-createrepo
program, you'll have to modify the generated .forward file (see the list
archives for instructions).
