I was going to argue against this on the basis that there's supposed to be a
1-1 relationship between workspaces and repositories, and if you want to
build and test something, you really should pull it into a temporary
repository.
But then I remembered darcs' test script. Why shouldn't that be able to do
what you want? Shouldn't that be able to stop a pulled patch from being
recorded, just as it can stop a pending patch from being recorded?
If it can't do that now, perhaps we should make it so.
