I'm sorry about these duplicate messages.  Some emails of mine got stuck 
on a machine for up to several weeks.  This machine got rebooted 
recently, and this may have set these emails free again.  This 
concerns, I think, also four emails of mine that were recently posted 
to this list.  I am now using a different mechanism for sending out my 
emails.

I'm sorry about the duplication.  I don't think that these emails 
appeared here before, but they are certainly outdated.
