[darcs-users] new "basics" pages on the Wiki

Some of you may have seen the patch come through recently that added a
new "basics" section to the Manual.

It was applied to the unstable repo, so it may be a while until its
live.

I made some changes myself and have converted it to a wiki page so more
people can easily read it and edit it.

It's not linked to from anywhere else on the wiki yet. Someone else is welcome to do that.
