Some new but pretty simple stuff:

  * --output - (with dash) outputs to stdout (Esa Ilari Vuokko)
  * --help and --list-commands ignore other options (Eric Kow)

Some fixes:

  * apply --verify works on bundles signed by GnuPG in Windows
  (Esa Ilari Vuokko)
  * adapt makefile, test suite and win32 imports for Windows
  and newer GHC (Will Glozer)


This is an rc because I want to make sure the changes to the
makefile doesn't break any builds.  1.0.5 will be released
in just a couple of days unless there are errors reported.
