Ooh. Yes, please. Last time I looked at this feature request on the
bug-tracking system, it seemed to have a low priority, so I'm
delighted to hear this.
In case you've never used it, "wdiff -a" has quite a nice interface
for presenting such changes via highlighting (though it shows you the
whole file, rather than only those paragraphs that have changes). It
might be worth looking at it just to get ideas for the interface.
