[darcs-users] darcs changes, display of name?

  Hi.


I've just started using darcs. What do I need to configure to make
"darcs changes" stop displaying the character 'ø' in my lastname
escaped and in red, as if it was an error?

 $ cat ~/.darcs/author 
 Adam Sjøgren <asjo at koldfront.dk>
 $ darcs changes
 Mon Aug 15 02:35:30 CEST 2005  Adam Sj\f8gren <asjo at koldfront.dk>
   * Initial import.
 $ 

(The '\f8' is displayed in bright red in my xterm.)

"darcs annotate" does not do so:

 $ darcs annotate logs
 # Created by  [Initial import.
 # Adam Sjøgren <asjo at koldfront.dk>**20050815003530]  as ./logs/
 logs/ Dir added
 $ 


(I've got LC_CTYPE set to da_DK and use iso-8859-1 everywhere on my
box.)
