[darcs-users] Annotate support in darcsweb

Hi! I've implemented annotate support in darcsweb, and since several
people on the list asked about that feature I thought it'd be ok to
announce it here. The current repo also has several fixes, mostly for
internationalization support.

The annotate output is not set in stone; I tried several alternatives,
some of them proposed by users and some I found out looking how viewcvs
and their friends did it, but none were too convincing; so I came up with
the one you see, which is not radically different but has some nice
properties. However, as I'm not an annotate fan myself, I'm intrested in
suggestions from people who really use it.


Anyway, I'm not sure if I should keep announcing this stuff here, so if
you prefer I can create a mailing list (either in mailman or in a small
file locally) for this purpose; if you have an opinion about this let me
know.
