Oops - not Disk Utility. The diskutil command.
The resizeVolume verb is not mentioned in the
man page, but if you type "diskutil resizeVolume"
you get a lot of usage information.
In particular, it mentions a file system called
"Case-sensitive Journaled HFS+" as an option,
so it appears such a thing exists now also.
