[darcs-users] Hanging darcs with a new directory

Hi all,

I've recently run into a problem that RTFM doesn't seem to solve.

I created a dir in repo A.  I then accidentally created the same dir and
added different content in repo B.  I tried to move one of the directories
out of the way before I pulled from the other one, but darcs completely
hangs now.  It's a tiny directory with only a couple of files, but darcs
has gone over 10 minutes, burning up CPU, without resolving the issue. 
Unfortunately, I also added some patches to one repo that depend on the
directory, so it's not trivial to back out the patch entirely.

How can I solve this?
