[darcs-users] Mingw build +curl -libcurl-4.dll?

Hello,

I have not tried building darcs on MinGW+MSYS but I have done a couple
of projects that statically link libcurl. I have built libcurl as both
static and dynamic link versions. AFAIK you must also make sure that
the dependencies of libcurl are also available as static link
libraries (openssl or gnutls).
