[darcs-users] using posthook to generate HTML documentation

I would like to set up a posthook that would determine if any files
containing documentation were recorded, and if so, HTMLify those docs.

I remember seeing posts about posthooks, and supplying the list of
files in an environment variable, but did not find any resolution
posted.

What is the best practice for determining which files have been
updated?  Can darcs tell me?  Can I look at the timestamp of patch
files and then have darcs tell me the files affected by each patch?
