[darcs-users] announcing Windows and Cygwin packages for darcs 1.0.9

Dear Folks:

I've packaged up darcs 1.0.9 with putty 0.60 and improved the cygwin  
bash wrapper script a bit.

I updated the wiki [1] to point to the new 1.0.9 packages hosted on  
zooko.com.

Please send mail to bugs at darcs.net if you use these packages and  
something doesn't work as you expected.
