[darcs-users] Darcs send adds excessive context to a patch

There is a tag "2007-06-12", but the patch context goes past (and
includes) that tag, to the tag "07.04.06" (i.e. to 2006). It's not the
oldest tag, but... Is this supposed to happen?

This is with darcs 1.0.9.
