yes. i had to convert once a darcs repo with ~25k patches. sadly i did
not have time to fix all the tailor issues properly but i did hacks and
test repos (for futher proper fixes).

it's available at
http://ftp.frugalware.org/pub/other/people/vmiklos/tailor-hackfest/

read the tailor-wrap/INSTALL file on how to use. it contains a darcs
wrapper that avoids the exponential time issue.
