[darcs-users] announcing darcs-2.0.0 packages for Windows and Cygwin

Folks:

I compiled darcs-2.0.0 for Windows (it turns out that it isn't so  
hard to do), and uploaded new "darcsdir" packages, which are bundles  
which contain darcs, putty executables, and instructions:
