It seems a little silly to delete the list that's heavily used, but I
could certainly do that.

Okay.  This is what I've decided.  darcs-devel is no set to reject posts by
non-members, and also rejects posts by a subset of members (since I didn't
want to click 162 times).  Hopefully that'll be enough to get folks moved
to the darcs-users list.
