Hi Rob,

Thanks for volunteering! I'm sure other Windows Darcs users will
appreciate. Since the binaries will be "unofficial", there is no
official place to host them. Post the binaries in any web space you have
access to, and update the wiki with the link to it. Perhaps your ".edu"
provides each school member some web space?

By hosting the binaries away from the official darcs website it is clear
that the binaries are unofficial, and by hosting them in a place you
have access to, the process of updating them again in the future is
simplest.
