Some minor cabal file changes.

This one will arguably be obsoleted once we can make the binary use
the library, but in the meantime it's quite useful:

This silences a warning:

  * add PatternGuards extension to witnesses build

This one silences a lot of warnings on GHC 6.12:

  * disable unused do binding warnings for now
  The alternative to this would be to go through the code and actually fix
  the warnings, and it's not obvious this is desirable.
