[darcs-users] new Core Team member: Guillaume Hoffmann

Hi everyone,

After a quick discussion among active core team members, I would like
to welcome Guillaume Hoffmann to the Darcs Core Team.  This gives him
the (shared) responsibility of reviewing incoming patches and pushing
them directly to the main Darcs repository.

Guillaume has been working with us as our Darcs Weekly News editor, wiki
gardener, and more recently, has started contributing patches, some
review and design discussion.

Darcs is always hungry for help.  If you think you can lend a hand,
for example, with our patch and issue trackers, give us a shout.
