You should consider providing us with Grumpy Old Man service
more often.  We need more people to carefully consider how
things interact and what their consequences are...

I didn't think very hard about it.  Without knowing 100% what I'm
saying, I assume it's basically just a matter of flipping our notion
of "us" and "them" in our merging code.  I just figured darcs pull
--reorder would basically work like a darcs push might (or the
other repository pulling your patches) modulo working directory.

But maybe you and Ganesh are right that a standalone operation would
be better.
