I wanted to wait because it's an incompatible change which will byte
anyone who's using darcs rollback in an automatic way, so I'd like to
give them one release of warning before changing the default. Maybe I'm
being unnecessarily cautious here, and adding "use rollback --record
instead of rollback if you want the old behaviour" to the changelog is
enough. Shall we vote?
