Sorry, should have replied to this earlier. It's very nearly
release-ready, so should be safe to run day-to-day.

The outstanding bugs are:

http://bugs.darcs.net/issue2139 (problem identified, fix needs to be
implemented)
http://bugs.darcs.net/issue2132 (needs documentation update)

Once those are fixed I'll put out a release candidate. I'm unfortunately
quite busy at the moment but I hope to be able to produce fixes myself
within a couple of weeks if noone else gets there first.
