[darcs-users] darcs 2.8.3 released: still nothing interesting!

Hi,

I've just released darcs 2.8.3 to hackage and pushed the changes to
http://darcs.net/releases/branch-2.8 - I'll get the wiki etc updated soon.

As with the previous 2.8.2 release, there's nothing interesting here for
end users of darcs, and there's no need to update binaries except
perhaps to reduce confusion about them being "out of date".

The sole changes are a couple of changes to some internal symbols to
make the darcs library work better: one makes ghci work with it when you
don't have curl, and another works around a C symbol clash that
prevented using the darcs library and the cryptohash package together.
