As I understand it, the current plan is to make the trigger send --sendmail-command
The auto-CC option has already been discussed.
I don't think it runs afoul of the absence-of-feedback != feedback-about-absence
problem. You don't know you haven't received a CC because you forget to expect it.
It's a non-event.
