There are some issues with this:

1) I would still need to run Linux on the Mac and run OSX VMs. This
sounds like lot of trouble.
2) I can't rack-mount a mac mini (nor any other piece of Apple
hardware that I know of).

The problem with running builds on the "straight" OS/hardware is that
they are non-reproducible, and in addition to that, the system would
need substantial manual maintenance (like it was in the case of
buildbot).

All in all, it seems more likely to build Darwin images and use those to
run the builds. But darwinbuild only runs on OSX, so I would need a
reliable source of bootable Darwin-based ISOs or somesuch. Didn't find
much in this respect so far.
