Note that darcs-fastconvert still exists independently of darcs-bridge,
see https://hackage.haskell.org/package/darcs-fastconvert
I'm not sure how up to date it is though.
'darcs convert' is currently supported.

I'd suggest building a new darcs and using 'darcs convert'.
