[darcs-users] Is there a darcs to git which works today?

I will probably have to give up darcs since 2.18 can no longer handle
my repository.

I tried two darcs-to-git converters:

* https://github.com/purcell/darcs-to-git: crashes since there are
characters in the commit messages that it does not like

* https://hackage.haskell.org/package/darcs-fastconvert: cannot be
built since it has a dependency on cmdlib which depends to an old
version of base

Any alternative?
